Calling all chefs with a passion for spices. We are embarking on a flavor journey where we will
sample favorites such as cinnamon & vanilla and explore others like lavender, cloves, & cilantro.
Spiced milks, curried rice, and whipped ricotta are just a few recipes along the way. We will
continue with lavender cookies, apple-cinnamon cups, and Mexican hot chocolate with cayenne.
This is the class where sweet & savory dishes will encourage young chefs to expand their
palette and spice it up!
